At Tiwantiwa Flavours, we put care and planning into every order. To protect both our clients and our business, we ask that all bookings and cancellations are made in line with the terms below. By placing an order with us, you agree to these terms.
1. Order categories
Regular pickup orders: small chops, individual items, puff puff trays, meat pies and similar small orders.
Event & party catering orders: Sabi Host, Sabi Host Plus, and any large-scale catering package or event quote. These orders require significant advance planning, ingredient sourcing and scheduling.
2. Cancellation terms
Regular pickup orders
- More than 72 hours before collection: full refund of any deposit paid.
- 24 to 72 hours before collection: 50% of deposit retained.
- Less than 24 hours before collection or no-show: full deposit retained.
Event & party catering orders
- More than 7 days before the event: full refund of any deposit paid.
- 3 to 7 days before the event: 50% of deposit retained.
- Less than 72 hours before the event: full deposit retained.
- Less than 24 hours before the event or no-show: full invoice amount becomes payable.
3. Rescheduling
- One free rescheduling is permitted per order, subject to availability.
- Regular pickup orders require a minimum of 48 hours' notice to reschedule.
- Event & party catering orders require a minimum of 5 days' notice to reschedule.
- Rescheduling is subject to our availability on the new requested date. If we are unavailable, the original cancellation terms will apply.
- Subsequent rescheduling requests may incur an administration fee.
4. Cancellation by Tiwantiwa Flavours
In the unlikely event that we need to cancel your order due to unforeseen circumstances (illness, supply issues or events beyond our control), we will notify you as soon as possible and offer a full refund or alternative date.
5. Deposits
A 70% deposit is required to confirm all bookings. The balance is due 24 hours before collection or your event. Deposits are non-transferable between orders unless a rescheduling has been agreed in writing.
All cancellation and rescheduling requests must be made in writing via WhatsApp or email.
